Synopsis

The remote Amazon Linux 2 host is missing a security update.

Description

The version of kernel installed on the remote host is prior to 5.4.277-190.375. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ALAS2KERNEL-5.4-2024-074 advisory.

 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

 drm/amdgpu: Fix possible NULL dereference in amdgpu_ras_query_error_status_helper() (CVE-2023-52585)
