Synopsis

The remote EulerOS host is missing a security update.

Description

According to the versions of the glade package installed, the EulerOS installation on the remote host is affected by the following vulnerabilities :

 plugins/gtk+/glade-gtk-box.c in GNOME Glade before 3.38.1 and 3.39.x before 3.40.0 mishandles widget rebuilding for GladeGtkBox, leading to a denial of service (application crash).(CVE-2020-36774)

Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the EulerOS glade security advisory.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected glade packages.
