The remote Rocky Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The remote Rocky Linux 9 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the RLSA-2024:4861 advisory.

 * squid: vulnerable to a Denial of Service attack against Cache Manager error responses (CVE-2024-23638)

 * squid: Out-of-bounds write error may lead to Denial of Service (CVE-2024-37894)

Solution

Update the affected squid, squid-debuginfo and / or squid-debugsource packages.
