Synopsis

The remote EulerOS host is missing a security update.

Description

According to the versions of the graphviz packages installed, the EulerOS installation on the remote host is affected by the following vulnerabilities :

 Graphviz 2.36.0 through 9.x before 10.0.1 has an out-of-bounds read via a crafted config6a file. NOTE:
 exploitability may be uncommon because this file is typically owned by root.(CVE-2023-46045)

Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the EulerOS graphviz security advisory.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected graphviz packages.
