The remote SUSE Linux SLES15 / openSUSE 15 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the SUSE-SU-2024:3644-1 advisory.

- CVE-2024-45614: Prevent underscores from clobbering hyphen headers (bsc#1230848).
- CVE-2024-21647: Fixed DoS when parsing chunked Transfer-Encoding bodies (bsc#1218638).
