Fortinet Firewall is missing one or more security-related updates.

Description

The version of FortiWeb installed on the remote host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the FG-IR-21-014 advisory.

 - Multiple Path traversal vulnerabilities in the Webmail of FortiMail before 6.4.4 may allow a regular user to obtain unauthorized access to files and data via specifically crafted web requests. (CVE-2021-24013)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Please upgrade to FortiWeb version 6.3.18/6.4.3/7.0.1 or later.
