Synopsis

The remote Red Hat host is missing one or more security updates for webkit2gtk3.

Description

The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 9 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the RHSA-2024:9637 advisory.

 WebKitGTK is the port of the portable web rendering engine WebKit to the GTK platform.

 Security Fix(es):

 * webkitgtk: webkit2gtk: Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected process crash (CVE-2024-44185)

 * webkitgtk: webkit2gtk: Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected process crash (CVE-2024-44244)
