Synopsis

The Devolutions Server instance installed on the remote host is affected by a information disclosure vulnerability.

Description

An information exposure in Devolutions Server 2024.3.6 and earlier on Windows is affected by Improper access control in the Password History feature in Devolutions DVLS 2024.3.6 and earlier allows a malicious authenticated user to obtain sensitive data via faulty permission.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Devolutions Server version 2024.3.7 or later.
