Synopsis

The remote Azure Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of fluent-bit installed on the remote Azure Linux 3.0 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CVE-2024-25431 advisory.

 - An issue in bytecodealliance wasm-micro-runtime before v.b3f728c and fixed in commit 06df58f allows a remote attacker to escalate privileges via a crafted file to the check_was_abi_compatibility function.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
