The Adobe InDesign instance installed on the remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.Description
The version of Adobe InDesign installed on the remote Windows host is prior to 19.5.2, 20.1.0. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the APSB25-01 advisory.- InDesign Desktop versions ID20.0, ID19.5.1 and earlier are affected by an Integer Underflow (Wrap or Wraparound) vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.

- InDesign Desktop versions ID20.0, ID19.5.1 and earlier are affected by an out-of-bounds write vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user.
Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.
(CVE-2025-21121, CVE-2025-21157)
- InDesign Desktop versions ID20.0, ID19.5.1 and earlier are affected by a Heap-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user.
Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.
(CVE-2025-21123)
- InDesign Desktop versions ID20.0, ID19.5.1 and earlier are affected by an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that could lead to disclosure of sensitive memory. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to bypass mitigations such as ASLR. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. (CVE-2025-21124)
- InDesign Desktop versions ID20.0, ID19.5.1 and earlier are affected by a NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability that could result in an application denial-of-service. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to crash the application, leading to a denial-of-service condition. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. (CVE-2025-21125)
