Synopsis

The remote Ubuntu host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Ubuntu 20.04 LTS / 22.04 LTS host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the USN-7327-1 advisory.

A security issues was discovered in the Linux kernel. An attacker could possibly use this to compromise the system. This update corrects flaws in the following subsystems:

- Block layer subsystem; (CVE-2024-56672)
