Description

The version of GitLab installed on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability, as follows:

- Improper authorization in GitLab EE affecting all versions from 17.7 prior to 17.7.6, 17.8 prior to 17.8.4, 17.9 prior to 17.9.1 allow users with limited permissions to access to potentially sensitive project analytics data. (CVE-2025-2045)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Upgrade to GitLab version 17.7.6, 17.8.4, 17.9.1 or later.
