Synopsis

The Microsoft Access Products are missing a security update.

Description

The Microsoft Access Products are missing a security update. It is, therefore, affected by a remote code execution vulnerability. An attacker can exploit this to bypass authentication and execute unauthorized arbitrary commands.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Microsoft has released KB5002701 to address this issue.
