Synopsis

The remote Azure Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of crash installed on the remote Azure Linux 3.0 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CVE-2023-25584 advisory.

 - An out-of-bounds read flaw was found in the parse_module function in bfd/vms-alpha.c in Binutils.
 (CVE-2023-25584)
