Description

Paul Ling discovered that Emacs insufficiently restricted the evaluation of Lisp code if enable-local-variables is set to 'safe'.

Solution

Upgrade the emacs23 packages.

For the stable distribution (squeeze), this problem has been fixed in version 23.2+1-7+squeeze1.
