The remote Oracle Linux 5 host has a package installed that is affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the ELSA-2013-1458 advisory.- fix CVE-2013-4351 gpg treats no-usage-permitted keys as all-usages-permitted
- fix CVE-2012-6085 GnuPG: read_block() corrupt key input validation
- fix CVE-2013-4242 GnuPG susceptible to Yarom/Falkner side-channel attack
