Synopsis

The remote Oracle Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The remote Oracle Linux 5 / 6 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the ELSA-2013-1459 advisory.

 - fix CVE-2013-4351 gpg treats no-usage-permitted keys as all-usages-permitted
 - fix CVE-2012-6085 GnuPG: read_block() corrupt key input validation

Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the Oracle Linux security advisory.

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected gnupg2 and / or gnupg2-smime packages.
