Description

The Windows kernel on the remote host is affected by a privilege escalation vulnerability. Specifically, the vulnerability exists in the version of NDProxy.sys. If successfully exploited, a locally authenticated attacker could run a specially crafted application in kernel mode to take control of the system.

Solution

Microsoft has released a set of patches for Windows 2003 and XP.
