Synopsis

The remote host is vulnerable to a remote 'format string' flaw.

Description

The remote host is running the Apache auth_ldap module, a module for authenticating remote users against an LDAP server. This version of auth_ldap is vulnerable to a format string flaw. An attacker exploiting this flaw would be able to execute arbitrary code on the remote web server.

Solution

Upgrade to version 1.6.1 or higher.
