The remote host is vulnerable to a Denial of Service (DoS) attack.

Description

The remote host is running PostgreSQL, an open source relational database. This version is vulnerable to a Denial of Service (DoS) flaw. Specifically, an attacker initiating multiple connections to the 'postmaster' service may be able to cause the service to fail. This can lead to a loss of availability.

Solution

Upgrade to version 8.0.6, 8.1.2 or higher.
