Description

Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 CPU PLC devices with all versions of firmware prior to v2.5 allow remote attackers to cause a denial of service (defect-mode transition) by sending specially crafted network packets to Port 80/tcp or 443/tcp.

Solution

Update the S7 1500 firmware to v2.5 or later.
