Synopsis

The remote host may be participating in Peer-To-Peer networking

Description

The remote server is hosting 'magnet' links. Magnet links point to a file based on a hash of that file. The Magnet links are parsed by Torrent clients or special browsers which allow the end user to begin searching for the file on a Peer-To-Peer network.

Solution

Ensure that this sort of magnet link is authorized with respect to existing guidelines and policies.
