he remote server is using the Synchrophaser Protocol (IEEE C37.118) over TCP. The Synchrophaser Protocol is used by synchrophaser devices to report data and receive remote configuration commands from management clients. A synchrophaser device is used to monitor, measure and analyze electrical flows at key intersections of the bulk electric grid (such as substations).
