CVE-2018-16140: Fixed a buffer underwrite vulnerability in get_line() in read.c, which allowed an attacker to write prior to the beginning of the buffer via specially crafted .fig file (bsc#1106531)

The remote Ubuntu 14.04 LTS / 16.04 LTS host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the USN-3760-1 advisory.

    It was discovered that transfig incorrectly handled certain FIG files. An attacker could possibly use this     to execute arbitrary code.
