libdwarf is vulnerable to multiple issues including arbitrary code execution, information disclosure and denial of service.

The Linux/Unix host has one or more packages installed that are impacted by a vulnerability without a vendor supplied patch available.

  - The read_line_table_program function in dwarf_line_table_reader_common.c in libdwarf before 20160923     allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via crafted input.
    (CVE-2016-7510)

Note that Nessus relies on the presence of the package as reported by the vendor.

According to the versions of the libdwarf package installed, the EulerOS installation on the remote host is affected by the following vulnerabilities :

  - Use-after-free vulnerability in dwarfdump in libdwarf     20130126 through 20140805 might allow remote attackers     to cause a denial of service (program crash) via a     crafted ELF file.(CVE-2014-9482)
