It&rsquo;s possible to craft Lost Password requests with wildcards in the Token value, which allows attacker to retrieve valid Token(s), generated by users which already requested new passwords.

CVE-2020-1774

When user downloads PGP or S/MIME keys/certificates, exported file has same name for private and public keys. Therefore it&rsquo;s possible to mix them and to send private key to the third-party instead of public key.

For Debian 8 'Jessie', these problems have been fixed in version 3.3.18-1+deb8u15.

The remote Debian 10 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the dla-3551 advisory.

A user logged into OTRS as an agent might unknowingly disclose their session ID by     sharing the link of an embedded ticket article with third parties. This identifier can be then be     potentially abused in order to impersonate the agent user. (CVE-2019-12746)

  - An issue was discovered in Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) 7.0.x through 7.0.8, and Community Edition     5.0.x through 5.0.36 and 6.0.x through 6.0.19. An attacker who is logged into OTRS as an agent user with     appropriate permissions can leverage OTRS notification tags in templates in order to disclose hashed user     passwords. (CVE-2019-13458)

  - An issue was discovered in Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) 7.0.x through 7.0.11, and Community Edition     5.0.x through 5.0.37 and 6.0.x through 6.0.22. An attacker who is logged in as an agent or customer user     with appropriate permissions can create a carefully crafted string containing malicious JavaScript code as     an article body. This malicious code is executed when an agent composes an answer to the original article.

  - In jQuery versions greater than or equal to 1.2 and before 3.5.0, passing HTML from untrusted sources -     even after sanitizing it - to one of jQuery's DOM manipulation methods (i.e. .html(), .append(), and     others) may execute untrusted code. This problem is patched in jQuery 3.5.0. (CVE-2020-11022)

  - There is a XSS vulnerability in the ticket overview screens. It's possible to collect various information     by having an e-mail shown in the overview screen. Attack can be performed by sending specially crafted     e-mail to the system and it doesn't require any user intraction.   - jQuery-UI is the official jQuery user interface library. Prior to version 1.13.0, accepting the value of     the `altField` option of the Datepicker widget from untrusted sources may execute untrusted code. The     issue is fixed in jQuery UI 1.13.0. Any string value passed to the `altField` option is now treated as a     CSS selector. A workaround is to not accept the value of the `altField` option from untrusted sources.
