Webmin < 1.730 Read Mail Symlink Vulnerability

Description

According to its self-reported version, the Webmin install hosted on the remote host is prior to 1.730. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability in the Read Mail module which allows local users to read arbitrary files.

Note that the scanner has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update to Webmin version 1.730 or latest.
