Tenable Products Certified VMware and VCE Ready
Are your servers and workloads virtualized and running on vSphere? Do you have applications in the cloud?
If so, chances are you're using VMware and VCE to power your mission-critical data center operations. For a long while now, Tenable has provided vulnerability scanning and patch and configuration management support for VMware and VCE virtualization and cloud infrastructure platforms. Recently, we made the partnership and support official: Yes, we put a ring on it! After a series of integration and interoperability testing, Tenable has been certified as VMware Ready and VCE Ready.
What this certification means
- VMware Ready certification means that Tenable products have undergone rigorous testing on VMware vSphere (ESX, ESXi, vCenter) and will safely operate in the most mission-critical production environment. Tenable hardens VMware infrastructure by providing continuous, real-time visibility to address VM sprawl, unpatched software, and misconfigured ports and services.
- VCE Vblock Ready certification means that Tenable products will interoperate with Vblock systems, a seamless integration of best-in-class compute, network, and storage technologies from VMware, Cisco, and EMC. Vblock Systems provide dynamic pools of resources that are intelligently provisioned and managed to meet rapidly changing business demands.
