David Bartholomew, vice president and deputy general counsel, manages Tenable’s public securities, corporate governance, M&A and global equity legal functions. David joined Tenable prior to its IPO in 2018 and helped the company transition to a public company, including successfully navigating its IPO, establishing a public company corporate governance program, and designing and implementing its global equity program and employee stock purchase plan. David has also successfully negotiated multiple M&A acquisitions for Tenable since the IPO. David has 15 years of domestic and international legal experience and, prior to joining Tenable, was a corporate attorney at Cooley, LLP, in Washington, D.C., and at Binghm McCutchen LLP, in Boston, MA. David received his law degree from the Boston College Law School, where he founded the Community Enterprise Clinic, which continues to operate as the primary transactional legal clinic at Boston College Law School.
