Tenable Appoints Roger Scheer As Regional Vice President of Central Europe

Tenable®, Inc., the Cyber Exposure company, has appointed Roger Scheer as Regional Vice President of Central Europe. Based in Germany, Scheer will manage Tenable’s operations in the region, furthering its strategic initiatives in the enterprise security market, and continue developing its channel activities and relationships. Scheer has extensive cybersecurity experience and over 25 years in IT sales and sales leadership positions.
As organizations continue to face unprecedented cybersecurity challenges brought on by remote work, the ability to see, predict and reduce risk across the attack surface has never been so important. With Scheer’s expertise and strategic leadership, Tenable is well positioned to bring its risk-based vulnerability management offerings to organizations across the region, enabling security teams to address the most business-critical issues first.

Over his 25-year career, Scheer has held senior positions with EMC Deutschland GmbH, RSA (The Security Division of EMC), Palo Alto Networks and Veritas.
