How to Access your Products:

Step 1 - Log into the Tenable Community using the registered contact email address. As part of the order fulfillment process, Tenable creates a Community account for the registered contact. If this is the first time using Tenable Community credentials, please select the "Don't remember your password?" link on the login form. Renewals and upgrades may take up to 24 hours for new features and dates to show on Community and in your product.

Step 2 - Once you log into the Tenable Community, navigate to “My Products.” If you do not see “My Products” and you purchased Tenable Vulnerability Management, please make sure you provision Tenable Vulnerability Management in the Provisioning Portal by following the instructions here.

Step 3 - Locate the product for the activation code/key within “My Products” in the Community.

Understanding the Order Information

What is my customer ID?

The Customer ID is required to register for the Tenable Community. It enables you to link your user account to your company account. If you are not the primary product user for Tenable, please forward this to the appropriate contact on your team, or disregard. If you are not sure what your Customer ID is, please reach out to [email protected].

What is the Registered Contact?

The Registered Contact has been granted access to the product keys and admin permissions in the Tenable Community, which enables product download and empowers the user to grant Tenable access to other team members in your organization. If you are not sure who your Registered Contact is, please reach out to [email protected].
